Skellefteå AIK, company reg. No. 894701 – 1519 (below ”Organiser”) sells tickets and accepts bookings as organiser of events according to following terms and conditions.

The following general terms and conditions apply to visitors ("visitors") of the Ticket Service (defined below), as well as those who use the Ticket Service to purchase one or more tickets ("customer").

1. Terms for purchasing tickets

When booking tickets the customer can cancel the booking until payment has been made. The Distance Contracts Act's rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of tickets to events, and the customer is thus bound by their purchase when payment has been made. Lost ticket will not be refunded. If the customer chooses an electronic ticket as the delivery method, the customer can print a new ticket themselves.

2. Service and distribution fees

In addition to the ticket price, the customer pays a service fee and in some cases a distribution fee and / or delivery fee.

3. For personal use

Tickets may only be purchased for personal use and may not be used commercially. Tickets may not be purchased and / or resold for commercial purposes, nor may they be offered in competitions or as an extra offer next to another product or service without the written consent of the Organise

 4. Restrictions

If an event has restrictions regarding the number of tickets per purchase and / or customer, the specified maximum number may not be exceeded.

5. Purchases that violates the terms and conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel a booking or purchase with immediate effect or to close a customer account with immediate effect in case the customer does not provide correct information about themselves. This also applies if the customer violates or attempts to circumvent the Organiser's conditions that apply to ticket purchases, for example if the customer exceeds the maximum limit described above, or buys tickets for commercial use. In the event of cancellations in accordance with the above-mentioned reasons, service fees or any distribution fees and / or delivery fees will not be refunded. The Organiser may also decide not to refund the full ticket price either. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the user ID and password are stored securely and that no unauthorized person can access such information.

6. Canceled events

The Organiser is not responsible for notifying the customer incase the event has been canceled or moved, the customer is responsible for checking this themselves. In the event of a canceled or moved event, the customer should immediately contact the Organiser, who is responsible for any questions concerning for example refunds. If an event is canceled, service fees and / or distribution fees are not refunded.

7. Refunds

If the customer is entitled to a refund of the ticket price and / or service and distribution fees, the customer must within three (3) months from the event date notify the Organiser of their claim for a refund and state the account number and bank to which the refund is to be made. A claim for a refund that comes to the Organiser after this time has expired does not give the customer the right to a refund. This applies both at canceled events and in cases where the ticket has been canceled and the customer has been entitled to a refund.

 8. Account

The Organiser may, from time to time, offer customers to register a user account when using the Ticket Service, which means that the customer can register a user ID and a password via the Ticket Service. The customer is responsible for keeping the user ID and password secret. The customer is responsible for checking that all personal information provided when creating the account is correct and updated in the event of changes. The Organiser does not check this information and is not responsible for its accuracy.

9. Personal information

The processing of the customer's personal data is regulated by the personal data policy that is available on the Organiser website at the time of the purchase.

10. Reservations

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the booking is correct regarding the right event, the right number of tickets, the right arena, etc. and that the ticket is received by the customer well in advance before the event starts.

11. Responsibility for the Ticket Service

The Organiser provides an internet service, which is operated by the service provider AXS Sweden AB, org. No. 556680-5528, ("AXS Sweden AB"), where the customer can book and buy tickets ("the Ticket Service"). When it comes to the event taking place and beeing carried through, AXS Sweden AB is never responsible for the implementation of the events, its quality or content, and is thus not responsible for any financial compensation due to example canceled events or other circumstances regarding the event. All questions or requirements regarding individual events and their implementation must be directed to the Organiser. AXS Sweden AB is not responsible for, and will not compensate for any loss that happens due to operational interruptions, delays, other interruptions or technical circumstances that makes it impossible or difficult to use the Ticket Service.

12. Intellectual property rights

The Organiser licenses the right to use the Ticket Service from AXS Sweden AB. The organiser owns and / or licenses the right to the organiser and event-specific material (for example event information and photos) available on the Ticket Service. Visitors and customers of the Ticket Service do not own the right, in whole or in part, to in any way use, copy, reproduce, process, save, move, forward, distribute or publish any material connected to the Ticket Service (including text, images, graphics, photographs , trademarks, movies, electronic documents, audio, databases and code). It is not permitted to use trademarks and / or logos linked to the Organiser or AXS Sweden AB.

13. The right to make changes

The Organiser reserves the right to change, update, add or remove material included in the Ticket Service at any time, and at any time restrict access to the Ticket Service without prior notice. The organiser has at any time the right to change the terms of use of the Ticket Service, as well as the content and choice of services.

14. Third party websites

The ticket service contains links to websites maintained by third parties. When you visit or use these websites the terms that applies is compiled by third parties. The Organiser or AXS Sweden AB is not responsible for websites maintained by third parties, or content on these websites.

15. Violation of terms

Violation of these general terms and conditions may result in legal action and possible indemnities and / or legal responsibility. If a visitor or customer violates these terms, they may lose access to the Ticket Service. The organiser also has the right to cancel bookings through the Ticket Service if the customer has provided misleading personal information or if the customer violates or circumvents the general terms and conditions.

16. Application of law

Swedish law is applied to these general terms and conditions.
