GENERALLY:
MAX 8 tickets / booking. If you are a larger company, make several bookings or contact AIK:s office and we will help you.

CHILDREN 0-7 years:
Children up to three years are approved in the adult's lap. Free admission to the standingsection for up to seven years in the company of a guardian. Only applies if there are plenty of places left in the standingsection. if there is a risk that the tickets will sell out, everyone must have their own ticket. When this happens, an article will be available on our website with information.

CHILDREN / YOUTH 8-18:
Entrance via entrance 5. Youth applies up to and including the year you turn 18. Identification check takes place.

FAMILY TICKETS:
A small number of family tickets in the selected section (except for the derby against Luleå) are family tickets. For early Saturday matches, the section is expanded Tip! There are a number of cinema chairs to borrow in the shop on the entrance level for the little ones. The kiosk at the short side also has a small number of earmuffs to borrow against a deposit. All kiosks also have standard earplugs for sale.

SENIOR TICKETS:
Offered on the short side during weekdays (Mon-Thurs) (except in the event of a derby against Luleå). The ticket is sold at Skellefteå Tourist Center, all our agents or via the ticket office at the arena on gameday.
<pSTANDINGSECTION FOR AWAYSUPPORTERS:
All ticket sales for the away section take place primarily through your supporter club via arranged travel. A small number of tickets can be found here on the web if no trip is arranged, access to the code is given via your supporter club. Tickets for the standingsection can also be sold via the arena on gameday. The section is not released to anyone other than the away team's supporters.

WHEELCHAIR AND ACCOMPANYING SEAT:
Sold only via AIK's office. Book via 0910-79 20 00 (8-12) or to biljett@skellefteaaik.se. Own chair for companions may not be brought to the section (fire authority). Folding chair is available to borrow on site. Tickets for accomanying seats is available to buy in the ticket window before the game.
Seasoncard for the standingsection is not valid as an accompanying ticket but is referred to the F-section, standingsection.

HEARING EQUIPMENT:
In the entrance hall at Servicepoint (between entrances 4-5) it is possible to borrow hearing equipment that broadcasts web radio). There are also a small number of headphones to borrow if you have forgotten your own.

PRACTICAL TIPS FOR OUR TICKET RELEASES.
1.) 1 h before ticket release OR at high demand, a queue function is started. When the queue logo appears, stay in the browser until you are invited, then find your desired seat and make a purchase. If you do not receive an e-mail if you want queue information, check your rubbish bin.

NOTE!
once it's your turn, your queue number is valid for 10 minutes.

NOTE!
If the queue logo does NOT appear at the ticket release you are visiting the page too early and do NOT stand in line. However, you are will enter the queue when the site is cleared of visitors, which takes place about 45 minutes before the ticket is released.
2.) Remember not to wait too long before completing your purchase. If you are not active in your actions, you will be locked back into the queue after a while.
3.) Make sure your card is activated for secure online payment. Make sure you have the correct code for the card.
4.) If something goes wrong with payment, the system holds your selected seats for about 20 minutes before they are released for general sale again.
The site automatically gives you a choice of recommended seats, if you do not accept it, it is easiest to just click on Arena view to change seats. Best functionality is provided via computer.

NOTE!
In case of ticket release of more than one match. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct match is in the shopping cart. When sold out, there is a risk that we do not have the opportunity to help exchange incorrect purchases. Should an error occur, contact the ticket office as soon as possible.

Some sources of error
IF you empty the shopping cart, then you have to start again from the first page by choosing the number of tickets again. DO NOT use the browser's back button, but Navigate through the site's links. The Internet Explorer browser is usually the problem, we recommend Google Chrome.

NOTE!
If two games are released at the same time, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct date ithe shopping cart. We can not guarantee you the opportunity for a new place in the event of a wrong purchase if we have sold out.
